Appointments & Pathways at LCNH

Below you will find appointment options on offer at LCNH. Our care is structured to support clarity and sustainability, and appointments are grouped according to where you are in your journey, rather than assuming a single starting point for everyone.

How to get started
All care starts with Discovery — a structured, two-stage process designed to understand your symptoms, history, lived experience, and any previous testing. This allows us to move forward with clarity, rather than guesswork. It is where we properly understand your health picture, identify patterns and priorities, and determine what needs attention first, so that any next steps are safe, appropriate, and sustainable. Discovery is clinician‑guided. You do not need to be clear about what level of support you may need, we will discuss this as part of the Discovery process.

Discovery: Clinical Case Formulation
All new clients begin with Discovery. Discovery is delivered across two connected appointments:

1. Discovery Case Review
A detailed, clinician-led review of your symptoms, health history, and any previous or current testing, with a further 15 minute appointment soon after for feedback after synthesis of your case. These sessions work together; the first helps us understand what has happened. The second delivers greater clarity on what it means. We then decide on next steps together such as gathering more information through testing, which would lead to the Results Insight and Direction session, or you could move straight into a package of appointments via the Restore pathway.

2. Results Insight & Direction
A follow-up session where everything is brought together into a clear, personalised plan of action, with guidance on priorities, pacing and appropriate next steps.

What happens next
Following Discovery, you will be guided into the level of support that is most appropriate for you. Completing the Discovery pathway ensures your care is grounded, clinically appropriate, and aligned with your capacity. Via our longer-term appointment packages, our Restore and Sustain Pathways, we are able to offer support that includes fully personalised protocols which are updated according to progression.

Restore Pathway
Structured, clinician-led support designed to support stabilising your system, address underlying drivers, via active therapeutic work.

Sustain Pathway
Ongoing support to help maintain progress, build resilience, and support long-term healing.

Each of our three stages builds on the one before, ensuring your care is coherent, paced, and responsive. Where appropriate, support builds on previous work to ensure care remains coherent, paced, and responsive — rather than rushed or fragmented. Our Restore and Sustain appointment packages can be repeated, if required.

A considered approach to testing
Testing is not routine. Investigations are only recommended when they are likely to meaningfully inform your care or change clinical direction. Any testing recommendations are discussed transparently, with clear explanation of purpose, relevance, and cost, so you can make informed decisions.

Booking your Discovery Case Review
To begin, please select the Discovery option below. You will be booking your Discovery Case Review, which is the first step in your journey with us. Your Results Insight & Direction appointment will then be scheduled in line with your clinical needs should you wish to undertake testing. Our Clinic Co-ordinator will guide you through the process and ensure everything is set up clearly.

Payment plans are available for all pathways.

Family/Household Pathway

A coordinated approach for households where more than one person is affected by shared environmental or contextual factors. Family care begins with a Household Discovery, bringing everyone together for a single 60‑minute session to explore the shared home and environmental context, key timelines, and overlapping patterns. This avoids repetition and creates a clear, aligned clinical foundation. Each individual then has their own 30‑minute Discovery session, focused on personal symptoms, priorities, and clinical considerations. Everyone remains a separate patient, with individual summaries and next steps. Household Discovery includes: Shared Household Discovery Session — 60 minutes (£399 total) Individual Discovery Sessions — 30 minutes per person (£140 each) Following Discovery, each person moves into the most appropriate individual Discovery, Restore, or Transform support, with care coordinated where helpful but always delivered individually. Where multiple household members enter longer‑term Restore pathways, adjusted pricing applies to reflect shared context while preserving individual care.
