Discovery 1: Case Review

The first step for all new clients. A 60‑minute, clinician‑led case review focused on understanding your symptoms, health history, and key patterns in context. This is followed by a 15‑minute light‑touch follow‑up appointment to review and clarify the clinical summary you receive after the session. Together, this process helps identify priorities and guide appropriate next steps as part of the wider Discovery process.

What happens next?

Step 1

The 60 Minute Intake Appointment

This is where we connect for the first time. We explore your key symptoms, health history, and current priorities, allowing us to begin understanding your case in context and identify the most relevant next questions.

Step 2

Case Synthesis

Following your appointment, your case is carefully reviewed and synthesised. This includes all information shared through your intake, alongside any previous test results or supporting documents. You will receive a written clinical summary outlining: key patterns and themes, possible drivers of symptoms and recommended next steps. At this stage, the focus is on clarity and direction. Specific therapeutic interventions are not introduced yet, ensuring that any future work is grounded and clinically appropriate.

Step 3

15 Minute Follow-Up

A short follow-up appointment of around 15 minutes is included to review your clinical summary and agree the most appropriate way forward. This may include: targeted testing, onward referral or progression into our structured Restore pathway, where therapeutic work is introduced and supported over time.
