Discovery 2: Results & Insights
The second stage of Discovery. A focused follow‑up appointment, scheduled after the Discovery Case Review, where your clinical summary and any relevant test results are reviewed together. What happens next?
Step 1
Bringing Your Case Into Focus
Following your Discovery Case Review, your information is further aligned and refined. This may include: interpretation of any new or previous test results, or a deeper clinical exploration of a key area of your health where further clarity is needed. Whether testing has been undertaken or not, this stage ensures we move beyond initial understanding into a more precise and clinically useful picture.

Step 2
Insights, Priorities and Next Steps
During your appointment, we will interpret findings in the context of your symptoms and history, clarify what your system is prioritising, identify what needs attention first and agree clear, appropriate next steps and pacing. You will leave with a structured next steps plan that reflects both clinical priorities and your capacity, but does not include specific therapeutic interventions.

Step 3
Deciding How To Move Forward
For some, this appointment provides sufficient clarity and direction, and no further clinical work is needed at this stage. Where ongoing support is appropriate, you may be guided into either the Restore pathway — for structured, active therapeutic work, or the Sustain pathway— for longer-term support, integration, and stability. There is no obligation to continue. Any next steps are discussed collaboratively and guided by what is clinically appropriate for you.
